My feedback was given personally, it shouldn’t take four visits to have tires changed. After leaving my vehicle overnight, I had to drive off with one spare and three new tires. As well as a shakey truck which was not properly inspected when released, it is obvious proper inspections are not a priority and overlooked. After my experience, I will not be recommending Longo to friends and family.
