Ethan was very helpful and an excellent contact person, keeping me informed about the progress on my car. I did ask if they would check my radio because Seris Radio had stopped working and only the am/fm, cd’s, etc reminded functional. Now nothing works! Not my cd’s am/fm, rear view camara, previously viable screen info...NOTHING! I’m disappointed in Toyota design for the first time!

That’s ridiculous for the five and half hours I waited at Longo Toyota for the car service plus windshield chip fix. The car didn’t wash after maintenance, I am not sure if the washing is included in the maintenance.

The call I made to the dealership was met with unprofessional demeanor of two telephone representatives. I called attempting to make a appointment for a -15,000 mile service. I was told they were booked and couldn’t accommodate me. I asked to speak to a service manager who didn’t pick his phone up. I receive a message to contact a service rep regarding this. I called twice with no pick up from his phone. I arrived at the dealership and was received well and service handled. I would like to speak to a manager regarding initial contact
