Jeff service was great! My service was done earlier than expected I received a text and phone call my car was ready to take home at around 9:40am. However, the valet experience is what I’m not satisfied with. I had checked in after going to the cashier and I waited patiently for my car but by 10:30am my car had not arrived after almost an hour wait at this point. I asked the lady at the booth if there was an estimated time of arrival for my car since it’s been an hour and she didn’t even double check my paperwork, she just showed me the iPad and said there’s all these cars a head of me so probably more than 20 mins and I had explained again that I’ve been waiting an hour already and she said sorry about that. So I waited another 30 mins and my car still has not come out! Total of 1 hr and 30 mins waiting for my “Ready to take home” car is quite ridiculous at this point. So I went back to check in with them and the lady left and another guy took over so I proceeded to ask again. This time he took my paperwork to double check and had realized that my car was not in the system this whole time and was not properly checked in. Complete waste of my time! However, the guy called for an ASAP pick up and my car came within 15 mins. My car was returned to me at around 11:45am! A overall wait time of 2 hr just for valet! I waited more time for my ready car at valet than I did waiting to get it service. This was my first maintenance check up for my car at Longo and I’m quite disappointed.

I first even asked the register for any status and he said it was still in progress... waited for another 30 minutes I ran out of patience and asked him again. Then he pointed finger to the right hand side and my car was there already. I was so pissed off because I never heard anything. Wasted my time in there...

I was very disappointed when my car was done and I paid I had to wait almost 40 min just for them to bring my car out. I heard others before me saying they had been wait even longer. If they say your car is done there should be no reason to have to wait even longer for them to just drive your car to the front. I understand some kind of wait but 40 minute is ridiculous.
