Appointment was for 9:30am. Was advised car would not be ready until after 3pm which was totally unacceptable. What was the point of making an appointment. Will no longer be going to Longo for service. It was a waste of my time, over 3 hrs spent waiting due to my thinking 3 or 4 meant hours not 3 or 4 pm, and it waste of my gas.

I was very impressed with Johan's service. He set me up with an excellent service technician, Shawn Robinson, to take my car for a test drive and diagnose the noise. I totally felt like I was listened to and it felt wonderful. Shawn wxplained exactly what the problem was and what the fix was. Johan jept me posted every step if the way by coming over to me in person. Very nice! I love the top notch customer service Johan and Shawn provided. Thank you!!

It was good experience having Ryan as service contact. His communication skills made my visit easier. He lessened my anxiety level. He helped with understanding repair costs. I’ve noticed as my new vehicle ages it becomes costly to maintain. Having a someone like Ryan explain to service or repair customers is much appreciated.
