I had arrived around 8:30am this morning and Alexander Ayala had an strong opinion and attitude regarding my vechile. I had told Mr. Ayala appointment for today was 10:15am for oil change and he commeneded me I had a brake problem and all other issues due to my mileage passed 100,000. I had explained to him I had a checked up recently from other shop and the condition is still good. He was not happy regarding my answer and still continue to convince me that is an issue on my vehicle and require for a deeply checking. I asked is that free service and he told me of course not and you need to pay for this service. I told him I will like to have oil change today only because I don't want to delay on my other schedule after the service for this morning. However, he is not too happy about my answer and he also refused the request regarding call me when the oil change service is complete. I had asked him why you don't want to text me and he told me we (as Longo employee) don't text or call client to pick up the vehicle and client only need to stay in the waiting area for the announcement. I had mentioned once again my appointment is at 10pm and he didn't say anything to me and walk away with a unfamily attitude. I been waiting at the lobby for more than three hours and I learn an announcement ask for "Francis M" to the cashier desk to pick up the veChile. When I went to the cashier desk, I was totally shock because the cashier desk Longo employee was mentioned I am not the person they are calling for. On the other hand, the employee had no record found regarding I was arrived for my appointment this morning. At the end, someone able to locate my vehicle and finally able to complete the oil change by 12:00pm. This is my experience of four hours wait and I honestly not sure how to provide a rating for Mr. Ayala. I had been Longo for so many times and I always had good experience on anyone with provide me setvice from the past. Unfortunately, today (4/19/2019) is my 1st time to receive a service without positive expection and also feel strongly disappointed on Mr. Ayala by giving me an experience that I won't believe it happened at Longo. Thank you for reading my comments and I wish it won't happen on me in the future anymore.

Longo is no longer the great place to go. It unfortunately has been so successful that it has grown to big. I had a headlight out and came in at 9:30 without an appointment. I was told it was simple to replace bulb and to expect my car around 11 am. I waited until 12:05 and went to Erik. He immediately checked and came back telling me they needed part from warehouse . Because of the delays I canceled my lunch plans to wait. Went to subway and after 1 bite I was called that my car was ready. If I had known that it would have taken u til 12:30 I would have gone to work. The i Ly thing that seems like the Longo of the mid 90’s was Erik. He did everything right. I believe if I hadn’t asked I would have still been waiting after 1 pm. Have been customer since 1996z. Last couple years has been more and more waits and lines. I’ll probably still come back because the quality is excellent.......please do not penalize Erik.....he was perfect
