After checking in around 715, my service advisor informed me that I was going to be called in 2 hours regarding the status of my service order. Before I took the shuttle home, I confirmed that he would be calling me about the preliminary status. 4 hours later, I called him inquiring about the status. He then informed me that 3 light bulbs in the headlight assembly needed to be replaced and that it would take another 45 minutes for the repair to be done. It should not take 4+ hours for 3 bulbs to be replaced, nor should I have needed to call him 2 hours after the time I entrusted him to call me. Thank you.

Usually the service consultant who checks you in will come and talk to you at least once and at the end or when the service is about to be complete also they will come to you and express how much they appreciate you choosing Longo Toyota. This is the customer service I’ve been receiving ever since I started coming to Longo, but I did not see that with Jeff yesterday and I wonder why? He gave me a call though to tell me what the technician suggested.
