We were told that we were to have our truck given back within 5 hours after dropping it off for service that was required by Toyota at no charge to us. Unfortunately we were not given our truck back until 5 days following our drop off. Also, since that truck is our only vehicle, we were not offered a rental at all. We also called and talked to one of the service members and they told us, “we thought you had picked it up already.” Additionally, we were told by that same service member who looked into our issue that the truck had not been worked on when we dropped it off. That they would work on it the next day after him finding out which is four days after we dropped it off. This is completely unacceptable in all aspects of the quality of the service that you guys are supposed to provide. Never have I felt so disrespected and unappreciated in dealing with Longo. I am going to make sure never to get a vehicle from you guys again and I will be letting corporate know of this.

Monte wasn’t open to helping my situation. He settled for what another dealer mechanic said about my car. He was resistant and not willing to help. Also my inspection says that everything is working properly that leads me to believe mechanics don’t really do their job. My rear windshield wiper has been bad for months but they marked it off as good. Overall going to Longo was a waste of my time and energy!

Really good guy. Very likeable human being. I liked how personable Juan is. We talked a little about a common passion we have with local fresh water fishing. I had some questions about warranties and maintenance for my Sienna that Juan very adequately answered and I really appreciated his helpfulness. Longo Toyota is known for being the best in what they do in sales, service and all the other refined accommodations they offer customers. My son and I really look forward to when we visit for service because there are enough things there that can keep you preoccupied and that helps time fly by while we're waiting. The waiting time was long, also the concierge shuttle service took them one hour and 10 mins to call us, end up we had to just stay and wait till the end. The service manager Alec was good. When picking up my car took them 40 mins to deliver, due to the malfunction of the remote beeper.
