I actually have no complaints with Nestor. He was very professional and helpful. I do have two issues that don’t have anything to do with him however. First I made my appointment online for 11am and was told they couldn’t guarantee it would be ready before 7pm. I received a text a little after 3pm that my car servicing was underway which I assume means it was sitting there up to that point. If you were already booked why did you make an appointment for me ??? My second complaint is that every time my car is serviced I’m told the valets are supposed to run it thru the car wash and every time I see everybody’s car come out clean except mine. I don’t want to ask the valet to take it back. I want it done like everybody else’s car. Thanks
