The service was excellent I got my car back early 2 hours before it was promised. Monte called me to me say my car was ready. But the concierge service was lacking the guy was not paying attention to the customers he was on his cell phone. I booked a 3:30 pickup from my home back to Longo Toyota. He said he put in the request but I didn’t see him type anything on the keyboard. 3:40 no call so I called the driver she said sorry no more shuttle service. What??? She said she will let the front desk know. I got a call saying they will send an uber to pick me up.

My vehicle was return with water all over it. I asked for a towel to dry it from the delivery person. He handed me a towel and as I was wiping it dry another cashier/delivery person asked me to move my car out of the way instead of offering to help me dry. So rude and lacking in customer service. Your dealership always seems to show their lack of customer service. I phoned the service manager to inform him of this and all he had was excuses about what type of water is used by the carwash and how it was better than when i brought it in. Really? He didn't even bother to take any accountability for his staff and their lack of manners, he simply made excuses. A simple I am sorry would have made the whole incident better. LONGO is no longer getting any of my business.
