Biagio was very helpful. He offered me a rental when my service was anticipated to take several hours and went above and beyond to help me transfer a few large bags of mine from my car which was in the service area at this time across the main building to the Rental car area so I could do my errands and was very pleasant. Though my service was more involved than I expected, Biagio really helped to make things as pleasant as possible. Even though there is a Toyota service center within 5 minutes from my home, I drive about 20 miles to go to Longo because they make me feel taken care of and that makes it worth it to me. Had a scheduled appointment and it took 30 minutes to check my vehicle in. There was no time promised, advisor said 4 hours or more, which to me is unacceptable. He said they are short of staff and overworked, which to me was more information than I needed to know about how your organization is being run. Which to me they don't seem happy. The shuttle only takes you within a 5 mile radius. Spending half a day waiting for routine maintenance was not how I wanted to spend my weekend. I had to pay for an uber to go home and make better use of my time. Makes no sense to make an appointment if the wait time is just as long as a walk in.

My windshield wipers were listed for inspection...when I got a call from the service advisor to let me know the status of the service, I mentioned they needed to be replaced as I forgot to request replacement when I checked-in (the rubber was 1/2 torn off one of them...very obvious), he said the folks working on my car said they were fine. There’s no way they actually checked the windshield wipers...which makes me wonder what other, more important things they may have not bothered to check.
