My entire family & I have been with toyota for over 25 years. I never had a bad experience until today. I had an appointment with Steven at 930 am. Alex informed me that Steven quit. I was there for a Small maintenance on my Toyota care plus PLAN & buy tires. I was quoted for 3:00 pm. I was surprised usually i wait there. For small maint. About 2 hours. The bigger maint. 3. So i got a rental car for first timec& went home. I never received a text or call from anyone. Around 4pm i called & left a message for the new guy Jimmy because Alex went home. Jimmy finally called me back 1/2 hour later & said my car would be done at 5:30. I get to Longo i did not leave until 6:40 pm. I am extremely disappointed in my experience. I left out details that I went through & could have been avoided had someone called me to let me know what was going on throughput the day. I was worried. I spoke to manager apparently my car was probably finished & sitting there hours ago. But noone put the paperwork through. I spent $5.00 on a car rental i probably didnt need an told my work i couldn't come in at all. Because i wasn't quoted a correct time & not communicated with anyone. I hope this does not happen again. I really am worried come my next renewal for maintenance plan won't go wrong again. Thsnk you

I’m not sure why I made an appointment- all the drive- in people caused my service to take 4-5 hours rather than the one hour I was expecting. Seems there should be a place for appointments, and a separate place for drive- in customers
