I’m very fortunate to have Eric Chung as my service manager. I was able to communicate to Eric about my arrival for my appointment on Friday morning, even though I was a bit late. He knew I was in a time crunch so he was able to prepare the paperwork and had it ready before I had arrived. By doing so, I was able to get helped within minutes and on my way to my work appointments. When picking up the car, since he knew I was running a bit late, he had helped me expedite my checkout and be back on the road for my evening appointments. Was able to get in and out with ease.
