Paul was very good and explained things well . No issue with him at all . My frustration was only that with 18k miles on car , brake rotors shouldn’t be bad , and not warranted. The pulsating brake pedal started a few thousand miles ago which is more strange at low mileage.

Your people were very professional and friendly. However, last time I came in for service someone recorded my mileage at 30,000 miles more than my odometer reflected. That lead to some confusion in getting it cleared up. Today no one even put a next service mileage sticker on my vehicle. Also, I did not get a report record of the inspections that were performed. I know that these are little things, but they reflect on your overall quality of service. They also make me wonder if all of the inspections were done and whether the results were reported accurately.
