It took longeryo do my car then I had expected and i didn't get notifications as yo the progress being made. I finally called to get an update and Cassie called me back but i misunderstood her message as to when my car would be ready. I talked to Cassie about it when i picked up my car the next day and she graciously apologized. I'm sure it won't happen again. She was very pleasant and made every effort to accommodate me.

Sales, managers and all other staff have been exceptional always. Although it may seem petty but while trying to take off my plates to put on the current sticker both heads snapped off of the plastic screws. I drove up to the dealership to have the broken plastic shafts removed and my plates put back on. They were put on by the dealer when I got the car. All’s good. Next the service check in man informed me it would be $38. I was stunned plus embarrassed as a friend was standing with me and I had been bragging about the quality of the vehicles and The dealership. I requested metal screws but was told they rust. Finally after the check in man discussed this with another employee I was told there would not be a charge. I did state that next year I’ll bring it in for service to put on the new stickers. Again this is in no way an attempt to cause anyone distress it’s merely a slight bump in the road. Your dealership is top notch as is the quality of the products. Thank you , John M
