Well for starters the car wash was closed. Then I was given and hour eta for my car. The service person said it would be 1.5 hours if I wanted it washed. My car was done in 40 minutes. Still wondering why you wouldn’t have then offered the wash? Staff is very nice, welcoming and polite. Would expect to leave with a clean car.

This is the first time I’ve had a less than stellar experience with Metro Lexus. When I was signing paperwork for the loaner vehicle, I was told that the car had 3/4 tank of gas. I signed acknowledging that- but I should have verified first. When I got in the car, it only had 1/4 of a tank. So I had to turn around and go back to the dealership (was only about a minute away). We revised the paperwork, but still, it was a pain because I almost immediately had to put more gas in the car. I don’t mind that the tank wasn’t full, but 1/4 full is a bit below standard for a luxury car dealership.
When I picked up my vehicle the next day, I immediately noticed that it wasn’t vacuumed at all. I do t expect a pristine detailing job, but in the past they have always ran the vacuum through it a bit.
I do want to note that every Lexus employee I interacted with was extremely professional and kind. I was just disappointed in the level of detail that was put into my loaner and my car.
