I am concerned that your service department pocketed a diagnostic fee, After I was told any repair that is covered by Lexus, there would be no fee… The service manager simply stated; the repair was a goodwill coverage, and if I wanted my diagnostic fee back I should get it back from Lexus brand engagement. I stated I didn’t pay Lexus brand engagement, and why would they make me whole, I received very little response. I did speak with mr Stanley my case manager, and he advised that should not have happened, and someone from metro Lexus would follow up with me….I am currently still waiting to hear from your dealership??

The customer service rep that assisted me was great. My only issue was I had made an appointment on 9/15 for service as well as a recall fix. I was notified that I would get a loaner car for a day. When I arrived on 9/15 they said sorry there’s no loaner cars but we will text you when we get one in. I never got a text and I had to pick up my kids at school so I just rescheduled. It was annoying because I don’t live very close. Mistakes happen and I did reschedule for 9/20 and everything went well.

The service was great! Cordis did a great job. The shuttle drivers were wonderful too. Where I am highly disappointed is that my 2017 has 32,000 mi on it and it needs new brakes and rotors. Rotors are typically an 80,000 mile replacement. I will not be keeping on my Lexus if I have to replace runners every 32,000 miles
