When I made the appointment for this service, the person booking it could have told me that we needed a 120.000 mile service. I told her the number of miles on the car and you have all the service records. Totally satisfied with the service - just wish you’d given us the heads up at the time I called to schedule.

Metro Lexus kept my car for 1 week. Replaced allegedly replaced a part that did not fix the problem. They charged me a lot of money for their misdiagnosis; to add salt to the wound a salesperson called me indicating they need 2014 cars in their fleet and offered me something slightly newer. Customer satisfaction, honesty, integrity is not what Metro Lexus is about.
