Was lied to about key fob remote start functionality. Skyler said good for 10 years Romi said he didn’t know. After the sale, Romi told us 3 years. Also, car was presented with 2 dints and bugs all over it. Also, valet service rescheduled us without even bothering to call us. Major inconvenience, as we made special arrangements for the transfer. Overall bad experience.

Metro Lexus kept my car for 1 week. Replaced allegedly replaced a part that did not fix the problem. They charged me a lot of money for their misdiagnosis; to add salt to the wound a salesperson called me indicating they need 2014 cars in their fleet and offered me something slightly newer. Customer satisfaction, honesty, integrity is not what Metro Lexus is about.
