Jeffrey Miller was great! He is knowledgeable in his position, and I have no complaints. I felt he genuinely listened to my concerns when I first arrived with my Lexus for service. He was patient with my questions, and I felt comfortable working with him to agree on what service was performed on my car. Thank you Jeffrey for taking care of me. I am also always grateful for feeling safe in my car because of Metro Lexus service department!
