Hi,
When I brought my car in I was told my needed a Wheel Alignment. I had just had a Wheel Alignment last Friday. That was my first time waiting over 2hrs. and no one came to inform me what was going on or how much longer it would be. My car was done and parked for over 20mins. Until I decided to go to the service department it was then Cassie was walking towards the waiting room. Then I was told by Cassie, I needed a drive belt, that I just had replaced last year. When I brought my car in for the last oil change I was told my drive belt was good. Then Cassie stated the drive belt was dirty I may want to be aware of that. I wouldn’t expect the belt to be clean. I wasn’t sure if my car was inspected or Cassie was reading over the past inspections. I’ve been bringing my car to Metro Lexus for the last 5yrs and that was my worst oil change experience.

He was on top of everything, and helped navigate my 50,000 check. He brought to my attention the wheel rim damage and now they look just like new!
The timing was perfect and everything was ready by 3 pm instead of 6.
