My car was picked up by valet first thing in the morning. It was not returned until the next day. No one updated me on the status of my car until the next day.l called yo check on status but was put into voicemail. The next time I drove my car the rubber lining on my passenger door was sticking out.

Upon arrival to my 10AM appointment. Cordis Bunch, Asst Svc Mgr, immediately informed us of each service being performed on my car and the approximate time of each service. He was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We waited for an hour and it seemed like under 30 minutes. Super welcoming staff too! Keep up the great work!

It took 2 hours when I was told 1 hour for an oil change & tire rotation. She started telling me about someone elses car after 90 minutes. Exhaust leak & valve cover leaks were not mentioned till I asked about them. I was told to go to a muffler shop to find out what I needed to do about that. She could not figure out how to give me a quote on the valve cover gaskets. Once again, my concerns were not addressed. The impression is that the lexus staff’s time is much more important than my time. Service? Hardly.
