Since we moved to Ohio 4 years ago Cordis has taken care of our vehicles. You should be truly happy with such a good employee. Very detail oriented and puts the customer’s needs first. We make sure we coordinate with Cordis every time cause he’s such a pleasure to work with. Thank you.

There is no way for you guys to determine what sensor on my car is bad you guys got to jump-through Big hoops that cost $200, when I left and went right to the Goodyear place and German told me in three seconds with the scanner by my car what sensor was bad with no charge at all, how about we be humans first!! I received excellent service in regards to my vehicle’s routine warranty service. Paul was great and he answered all of my questions. However, your valet service leaves much to be desired. Not only was I not satisfied but I was totally taken aback and Offended by my experience. The driver that delivered my car did not have on a mask even though we are still in a pandemic. The second driver who came to return my car apparently was sick or something was wrong with him. I realize that everyone has bodily functions. However, others should not be subjected to those functions. That drive passed gas in my car that was bad enough to choke an elephant. I could not even get into my car. I had to open all the doors and air out the car for at least 10 minutes. After that I had to spray the interior down with Lysol and allow time for it to air out more before I could get into the vehicle. I was shocked, angry and surprised as to how a person could be so rude and unprofessional. Every time I get into my car I feel like my car still smells and I feel like I have to throw up. This experience has completely traumatized me and I will never use your valet services again.
