Josh was fantastic, very thorough and clear. He even ran me my travel coffee mug that I forgot on his desk when I was leaving. I asked for a few very minuscule things, such as, replacing two “missing grey valve stem caps” and “nylon license plate screws”. He didn’t even question my ridiculous particularity. I really liked the video that was sent from the mechanic (other than he spoke very fast where it was hard to understand what he was saying). Thank you Josh and thank you Metro Lexus. You’ve definitely earned a new customer.

My only concern is why was I asked for a credit card for a loaner vehicle, I have never been asked for a credit card any other time I have been there. I was told this just started recently however I was just in there for a repair on my tire and received a loner vehicle and was not asked. I wonder if I was asked because of the color of my skin
