Jeff is terrific but I don’t understand why lexus didn’t notify owners about this “issue”? I realize that’s not a Metro Lexus issue but please pass it along. I had to jump my car numerous times when the battery died at a huge inconvenience to me and when I called for service I was told Lexus was aware of this issue in some vehicles. I also would like to file a formal complaint against Lexus roadside assistance. I’ll know someone actually reads these if someone actually contacts me.

Service center, and everyone I encountered, was great. The only disappointment was that after receiving a text message from Paul Cooper asking me to “text him back directly to schedule a service appointment” I did not receive any further communication. I had to call the service center directly after waiting several days to schedule an appointment. After being offered the convenience of scheduling via text it was annoying that I had to reach out in order to schedule something. I’m sure it was an oversight but I wondered why someone from the dealership even bothered to waste both of our time and text me if there wasn’t intended to be any follow-up.
