Josh does things right and is a great representative of your company. Keep him around as long as you can and keep him happy. A real professional I answered “NO” because I can’t believe you charged me $9 and change for the couple gallons of gas I used in the loaner. That’s the kind of petty nickel and dimeing that should be covered in your overall markup. I bet one of your stupid numbers nuts came up with this scheme and it leaves a bad tastes in this customer’s mouth. Really bush. If your that hard up to make a buck leave a tip jar on the counter.
