Honestly, th tipping point was seeing the car was filthy when they gave it back to me.
I can accept paying literally 10x more than expected for services I didn’t know and wasn’t sure I needed. That’s all fine. But could they have please washed the salt off the car? (It wasn’t on there when I drove it in.)
Everyone was very nice. But man, having to pay that much and then receive a dirty car was a downer. Even Honda washed the car when I went there for service.
