Jeffrey explained everything and provided me with written estimates on work that needs to be done with the next oil change. He explained items that are suggested but not required at this time or the in the future therefore giving me the ability to keep the cost affordable so I can keep taking my car to Metro Lexus dealership for service, as the average person.

Jeff was absolutely amazing to work with. Metro Lexus has completely blown me away with their service department staff, and more importantly, the knowledge of service required for each vehicle. Jeff also took the time to explain why I needed a four wheel alignment on a 2022 ES 350 with only 5,000 miles. I wasn’t happy about the cost, but was extremely pleased with Jeff and the service department’s dedication on making my visit pleasant. First time meeting Peter Mapp was just as pleasing and delightful to say the least. With this experience, Metro Lexus has definitely earned not only my next service, but my next Lexus as well.
