My car is running great and I appreciate the easy to schedule appointment program online. I did wait for my vehicle for 6 hours today for an oil change and 60,000 scheduled maintenance. Was told at 2pm after 5 hours of waiting in the building that the engine cleaning machine was acting up. Wish there was more transparency about what issues were going on so I could have just gotten an oil change and left. Was waiting from 9am until 3:20pm for a service that should have had me out by noon. I’ve been going to Toyota dealerships for over 20 years and never had to wait that long for basic maintenance.
