I made a 3:30 appointment to get my oil changed! I got no further updates on my 4Runner until AFTER I made inquiry over TWO hours later! That is when they told me there had been a problem (?) in the service bays! This very same thing happened the last time that I brought my 4Runner in for same thing! J Allen has serviced my Camry as well as my 4Runner on regular scheduled basis. I am disappointed in having to wait so long for oil change; but, more importantly, the lack of timely updates, and me having to initiate inquiries about my vehicle!

I had a tire that had low pressure. They should have found and corrected that during their multi point inspection.
Also, why did they turn on the seat heater and steering wheel heater? They also messed with other controls and didn't return them to the position they found them in.
