Zach was fine and provided great customer service. What I wasn’t pleased with was the fact that I had to bring my truck back because the oil drain plug was not tightened correctly and was leaking oil. I had to wait another 2 hours in the lobby area a week later only to find out that a technician did not do their job correctly. I was also asked that how I knew there was oil leak I showed my driveway with the oil leak stain which I was told that y’all would be sending out someone to come clean the oil leak stain. 3 weeks later still have not had anyone come thru. Very disappointed.

My advisor AJ is awesome. The techs that worked on my car differs. I had to bring my car in multiple times within this year because after fixing one mistake they make another. Which is very time consuming and emotional draining. As being a dealership customers expect the highest professional work standards but what I’ve seen and experienced is that it would be better off bringing it to an outside shop. I appreciate Toyota fixing the problems but their shouldn’t be any mistakes one after another.
