Dante was great. Waiting for 2 hours was not great. Other dealers provide loaner cars. Also a great way for customers to experience a new car.....

Zach assured me that everything was under control despite my hour-late arrival. I had an oil change scheduled and a recall on my camera system. I informed them that my cameras weren’t working properly. Later that afternoon, I received a call saying the truck isn’t finished yet and would need to be kept overnight. I was okay with that. A few hours later, I got another call saying the truck was ready for pickup. I’d explained that I would collect it in the morning. When I arrived, I retrieved the truck, but the camera was still not fixed. I returned to the dealership and was told that the recall hadn’t been executed. Rose and Aj took over the matter, and unfortunately, I’ll have to return my truck sometime this week again. They assured me that the issue would be resolved.
