I came n on yesterday and got my light bulb replaced and everything went well. So while I was waiting on my SUV I decided to check out some of your Toyota RAV4. So I got one of your salesman to help me with the questions that I had named Aaron.I was disappointed with him, every question I had he told me that that was his first day on the floor and he had been in training and that he had to wait on this boss to get there she comes in at 9:30.I didn't like eveytime I asked Aaron question he was running back and forth with and answered to my question. We started talking about the 2026 RAV4 and that I wanted to purchase one for my son at the price of $31,900 and I also stated that if I could two RAV4 for $60,000 cash and trade my 2018 RAV4 to make up the difference in payment. I didn't get the answer I was looking for yesterday about the price. Aaron boss did come out to greet me and stated that the first week in May all should have some 2026 RAV4 coming in. I told stated to her that was just looking and trying to compare prices. In my opinion I didn't feel like i was care for. I told them both to have a blessed day, and I went and picked up my SUV and paid for my service and left. I will be checking in Moss Point, Mobile, Pensacola and slidell Louisiana.Sir.u have a blessed day ????

Zach is always professional, hospitable and welcoming. He takes time to explain the options and work being performed or that has been performed and is focused on making things right regardless. The impact on happiness of visit had nothing to do with him. I brought my truck in for service/recall correction and the problems had not been present until I brought my truck in. I then received a call explaining I missed my appt and informed them of the opportunities I was experiencing since my visit. They informed me of a recall on my truck that was present and I mentioned to them that I had already brought it in. I informed them that I hadn’t had the opportunities for the recall until bringing it in to be corrected. Seems to be a breakdown in the process of communication at the dealership. The calls and team are always proactive, but not the first time multiple team members from different departments have called and not been on the same page. I do appreciate Zach as a reliable portion of the process and he should be commended for his work.

I’ve been a loyal customer since around 2014, dating back to when the dealership was on Pass Road. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and clearly informed Ariana that there was a leak in the windshield washer fluid hose located above the passenger-side wheel well. I chose to leave the vehicle for service. Later, I received the standard service recommendations via text, which I appreciate. However, one of the suggested repairs was for the washer fluid splitter. I knew this was incorrect and reiterated that the leak was in the hose above the passenger-side wheel well. I was then told they could not locate the leak. This was concerning, given I had already explained exactly where the issue was. I was also informed that while the initial diagnosis was “free,” any further inspection would cost over $160. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I personally demonstrated the issue to Ariana by activating the washer fluid. The leak was immediately visible in the exact location I had described. This raises serious concerns about either the thoroughness or the effort put into diagnosing the issue. A manager then became involved, and I had to wait an additional 40 minutes while they rechecked the vehicle. Ultimately, I was asked to return on Saturday due to time constraints. On Saturday, I was told they would repair the washer hose at no charge, which I appreciated. However, I also noticed that my tires had not been rotated, despite tire rotation being listed as part of the service. When I brought this up, I was told the rotation was a “courtesy” and not required. At no point was I informed that my tires would not be rotated. This lack of communication is unacceptable. Additionally, I was told the tires were not rotated for “safety reasons.” While I understand safety concerns, my front driver-side tire has significantly more tread than the others and should have been moved to the rear for safety purposes. Refusing to rotate them without explanation — and still listing the service — is misleading. I also want to mention the technician video that was provided. While I do appreciate the effort to include a video update, the reaction shown when discussing the tire tread—especially on the last tire—came across as unprofessional. It sounded as if the technician said “oh my God” (or something very similar), which is not appropriate language when speaking on a customer-facing video. Even if it was “oh my gosh,” the tone and reaction did not come across well to someone watching their own vehicle being evaluated. Being charged for a service that was not performed, without clear communication, feels deceptive. At a minimum, I am requesting a refund for the tire rotation that was not completed. More importantly, I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers are treated with better communication, transparency, and attention to detail. Do better. Matt

This is now the second time in a row that I have brought my car to get an oil change and the bottom panel has not been secured back into place. While driving home, I heard a scraping sound. When I got home I looked under my car and saw the panel hanging down yet again. This needs to be corrected and stopped so it does not happen again. I do not have the equipment to fix the issue and I should not have to. The parts of the vehicle should be put back together to ensure no damage is done to my car!

My appointment was for 10:30am. Oil change. My 2017 Toyota Tundra was ready at 3:04pm. 4 and a half hours later is pretty bad. Then asked if I wanted other things to be serviced. Then said I owed money for an oil change after I paid $250 in February for the 3 oil change package deal. It’s gonna be hard for me to come back here. I’m still owed oil changes for unfortunately I guess I do have to come there again. I’ll get the ones I’ve already paid for and that’s it for me.

They kept my truck overnight because they didn’t have time to finish it, however they did have time to work on all kinds of other things on it to try and upsell me on fixing other things that I never asked for. I feel like maybe if they wouldn’t have spent the time doing those things I never asked them to do I may have been able to have the truck back the same day. Also, they never told me they weren’t going to finish it that day. I just found out when they were closed and never called me to pick it up or arrange a ride for the rest of the night and the following morning.

I had my car battery replaced in 6/20/24 and it had full coverage for 2 years which would have been 6/26. Then why did I have to pay for it again. You have the records. I need to be reimbursed. This is not the way to treat your old costumers Please let me know soon .
