I brought my truck there last week to show the problem. The service team arranged for Monday 3/23/26. Afternoon Monday Rose called and said my problem could not be fixed. I ended up wasted $37 rented a car from Toyota for nothing. I will never buy a vehicle from Allen again. My Tacoma just purchased here in January, Hanna never told me tge back gate be dropped down in force like that ( I have another Tacoma so) I know it’s wrong. A safely function should be with any model.

I was a little frustrated about waiting and having someone approach me about trading in my vehicle 20 minutes before getting checked in.
When the lady finally came to check my car in, she came across as defensive and rude. I realize that the person doing that was not Dante.
Getting a status on my inspection took multiple calls and texts. I dropped the car off around 4pm, and I didn't get the update and recommended fix until almost 1pm the next day.
Considering that I'm expected to review and approve items within 5 minutes of receiving the text or miss the opportunity to get the fixes, I had to monitor my phone while waiting for updates.
Now, once Dante sent the update, everything went better.

They removed glue from one of the previous services, that was on my tint with razor blade scratching the visor tint.
Also car was pulled out waiting, I questioned this service advisor, while playing on this cell phone , said he still processing paper . Then continued to text on phone , once I should him the tint he was very dismissive toward me told him to get a manager.
