I ask everytime I drop my car off for the next visit sticker not to be put on my windshield just leave it in the car. The advisor says they will make a note ok cool thanks. I’ve had my car 3 years and everytime i pick it up its on my windshield today specifically it was my tint like are you kidding!!!!Also today I arrive and wait not a big deal. The girl tells me an advisor will be out soon they are going to add wiper fluid and check battery. She does and tells me battery is still good all normal. Then I receive a video of my Camry and Dylan informs Me I need a $230 battery. So I’m not sure how my battery is good then I need one Nothing goes smoothly there ever. If I need a battery ok fine but not two conflicting answers. I can’t stand the sticker on the windshield

I've been doing business with jallen and Toyota for over 10 years. Servicing has been great my problem is my safety box keys were taken off my key chain and just recently I had my dog medicine taken out of my glove box 140 dollars worth of medicine, seems to me jallen Toyota has a thief working for him that's deplorable probably won't be doing business with jallen Toyota anymore sorry to say that's My situation as of now. Unless jallen does something about it I'll never be back

I was mostly satisfied with the service, however although the technician documented on the form that the tire pressure was checked and validated at 35 psi, in fact, the tire pressure was not checked at all, as it was exactly the same when I picked it up as I dropped it off. My left front tire had 39 psi and my two rear tires had 31 psi while my right front tire had 32 psi I knew there was a discrepancy in equal tire pressure but since it was getting serviced, I figured the technician would take care of it, which he documented that he did, however, that was not the case. It just makes you wonder what else wasn’t done. The last time I brought my truck in for service the battery tester was left in my backseat.

It felt scammed. Kept finding things to add to fix. $9000 to fix everything on a 2008 prius. I would not go to this dealership for anything. And sales people in the auto industry do not trust.
