Zach did a great job helping us get our van back asap. No complaints. However the four tires are very dirty! One has a white X on it! Don’t understand why they weren’t cleaned before installing them.

I scheduled a 9:30 AM appointment for an oil change and alignment. I arrived early, was told my vehicle would be ready by noon, and received no follow-up communication. When I returned at 1:00 PM after lunch break, my truck had not yet been seen. I was not contacted until after 3:00 PM. Upon returning home, I discovered that my K&N air filter had been removed and replaced with a Toyota filter without my knowledge or consent. I was told I could retrieve my filter, but given the distance and inconvenience, that is far from an acceptable resolution. Additionally I recently learned that my “service plan” has a limited number of oil changes and though I guess it’s a fault of my own for not reading through the contract at no point had I been informed that I was getting a full synthetic oil this entire time requiring 10,000 mile intervals, yet I continued to bring my truck in every 5,000 miles based on the windshield sticker and the dashboard reminder. Neither of which reflected the correct interval to be used. Now that my service plan has concluded I will be taking my truck to a more convenient location that can service my truck in a timely and transparent manner.

Ya’ll can’t seem to get your appointment scheduling straightened out. I was told that your system of online appointment scheduling wasn’t working properly and your shop staff was overwhelmed. My appointment was made by phone. I arrived 25 minutes early for an 4:00 appt and didn’t leave until after 5:30. Two hours for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. I waited 15 minutes for a service advisor to even come out. When my car was finally ready, no one reviewed anything with me. Just wanted my money. Do better J Allen cause I’m thinking twice about buying another car from you.

I ask everytime I drop my car off for the next visit sticker not to be put on my windshield just leave it in the car. The advisor says they will make a note ok cool thanks. I’ve had my car 3 years and everytime i pick it up its on my windshield today specifically it was my tint like are you kidding!!!!Also today I arrive and wait not a big deal. The girl tells me an advisor will be out soon they are going to add wiper fluid and check battery. She does and tells me battery is still good all normal. Then I receive a video of my Camry and Dylan informs Me I need a $230 battery. So I’m not sure how my battery is good then I need one Nothing goes smoothly there ever. If I need a battery ok fine but not two conflicting answers. I can’t stand the sticker on the windshield
