It took 6 hours!!!!!!!!!!! Just to do a 15k and put on the front spoiler on my 4 Runner. 6 HOURS of sitting and waiting there. They came and told me about an hour and half later after arriving that my 15k was done but it took 4-1/2 hours to install the plastic spoiler that had like minimal hardware. I could have done it in 10 minutes.
BUT I will say, the service guy, Donnie, was awesome and he offered to buy myself and my daughter food and apologized over and over. Stephen, the salesman that sold me my car a year ago, made sure all the right people knew because I also waited 3 hours at a previous appointment to get my front spoiler recall taken care of and they couldn’t take care of it.
This was my last appointment there because we are moving out of state next week. Let me just say, this was the most frustrating appointment I’ve ever encountered there. Your sales department has it down. Obviously, because there were like minimal cars in the lot. But your mechanics department needs some serious work. If they’re behind, maybe call people and reschedule appointments so they can catch up. Hire more people. Maybe time management isn’t a thing back there. Idk but something needs to change.
