Rose should not be in service. She was going on and on about how my appointment time was with her, and not with service, trying to explain a way the 2 1/2 hour wait so they could tell me that a fog light needed to be replaced. As I pressed her for the time, she then told me that she was doing her job and walked away. She absolutely should not be on the front line, perhaps a better position would be back of HOUSE where she is not guest facing. I will not use her again as a service advisor.
