He is knowledgeable friendly, and willing to listen to your concerns. Will recommend any additional service to keep your vehicle in top running condition, but not pushy. I have been a customer with Allen Toyota since 2006 one of the best service writers I’ve worked with.

Im a patient person but I had my appointment at 430 but I got there around 345. I didn’t leave til 6. And my car was ready but nobody brought my keys in. Everything was unorganized. And the message was still on my board when I got ready to go. So no my experience wasn’t good.

The filters that were supposed to be changed during my warranty oil change were sitting in the boxes unopened in my passenger seat when my car was given back to me. I assumed they were empty boxes and the technician had left trash in my car. It wasn’t until I got home and checked the boxes that I found they contained the new filters. How can I trust that my oil was changed as they said? This is just another mistake in a very long list of mistakes that Toyota service has made with this vehicle and my previous vehicle.
