I stayed there 3+ hours waiting even after I had scheduled an appointment. Also, the shop keeps loosing my engine cover clips all the time and oily hands print on my dashboard.

Zach is the best customer service manager.There is always gives you a family experience.Treat you right, make sure what do you control.He can control and keep it pristine, no matter if the mechanics are back there.Moving the seats and changing lumbar support, they have before or unplugging my dash cam, which I have my vehicle for safety.And I don't check it when I get out of the car because y'all know not supposed to mess with my stuff in there like my action figures the camera for my safety for my job also they left a grease mark on my arm rest and left old filter in my car if u need a customer service professional to help training ppl I gladly offer my services zack the valet and the to short women are wonderful 2 they listen and understand how to not mess with stuff in car unlike the mechanics

AJ didn’t help me today it was a new guy, very nice and polite and explained everything that was done and the results of the service. I was only there approximately 2 hrs which was very good. I had ask for AJ when I arrived but I never saw him the entire time.
