It takes two and half hours to do the oil change, an hour after I dropped it I ask how much longer it will be and they said five minutes and those five minute going hour and a half more

It took over 2 hours to change 1 tire and in the process my drivers side window was cracked. I am satisfied that J Allen is making it right by replacing my window. It’s a 30 minute drive there and back so I’m not happy that I have to come back to get this fixed but I will.
