Average explaining the issues I’ve been with the vehicle technicians looked at it and they’re not find any of the issues that have been happening with the truck. My wife was there from 9:15 until about 3:30. That is way too long to have somebody wait. I feel like she should’ve been giving a rental car free of charge the length a time she was there completely ruined our whole day of planning for y’all to find no answers to any of the issues we are having note look at the review video. It was very unprofessional, listening in the background.

Unfortunately the problem I came in for was not resolved. I’ve had a tire pressure warning system malfunction message almost daily since my tires were rotated 9/26/25. But tire pressures did show up occasionally. Now they’re not showing up and the warning light on my dash won’t go away.

A J Crouse was one of the worst service providers that I have had in all the years I’ve been dealing with Allen Toyota. After he took over the vehicle he never kept me abreast of the timing or maintenance and I finally had to ask another representative only to find out my vehicle had been finished for a while. It was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had there.

Sat in the waiting room for 4.5 hours only for my truck to be returned unfinished and double the amount of oil in it because the tech never drained the oil for the oil change. Truck probably has bent valves from driving with double the amount of oil required. First oil change on a 2025 tundra platinum. Very unsatisfied.
