The service advisors were excellent. It just took far too long for an oil change. An oil change should not take an hour and a half to two hours.

I had my brake pads changed and fluid flushed. It took 6 1/2 hours. I wasn't informed until 4 hours in that yes it takes a while. Then I get my car back and the maintenance light is still on. The cost was outrageous. I stopped going to Hattiesburg Toyota dealership a few years back because of all those issues. Now this dealership is getting that way. I'll be skipping extra maintenance issues in the future and only come when a normal maintenance routine is due. Just a very unpleasant experience.
