A TPWS light that’s been problematic after 2 out of 3 tire rotations was determined to be a faulty sensor & was replaced. I was fairly confident there was nothing wrong with the tires, it was still unsettling to have it flashing while driving on the interstate every day. Very happy to have the issue resolved and thankful it was covered. I brought the vehicle in multiple times for the problem and Zach patiently listened to the Hx of TPWS messages the car was reporting since the tire rotation 9/26/25.

3+ hours for an oil change and tires is terrible service. I just bought a new car with this service so I don’t really have a choice but if I did I would not choose to do it with y’all if it’s this long every time. Other places do not take this long. I chose a 7:30a appointment so it would not be backed up but I lost nearly 1/2 a day on my only day off.
