Rose was awesome and did everything she said she would do on Friday. But, prior to Rose providing a great service experience, I made two previous trips to your dealership on Tuesday and Wednesday of the past week, only to find that there would be a three hour wait for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I live in Hurley, which is an hour drive each way. So, I drove a total of six hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. You should not overbook and make your customers waste their valuable time waiting for a service you agreed to provide at an agreed to time.

She is always so full of energy. I had a question and it wasn’t about my oil being serviced. I told her that I couldn't get my trunk to open and she explained one of the reasons why it might be. So I tried it and she was right I would have made an appointment to have it checked for nothing. I told her they always say the dumpest question is the one you don't ask. And her response to me was no question was a dumb one and that they were here to always help us so on 1 out 10 I give her 100 I love her customer service.

Mr. Gray made a horrible day a lot better. I would say it’s the small things but his professionalism from his greeting all the way to checkout was far from small. The pride that he takes in his role is second to none! My car was broken into last night so I was still frazzled and off from the experience. I asked and re-asked so many questions, and he was so patient and took his time explaining everything to me. Never did he seem annoyed or bothered. It meant the world to me looking back on it and it was truly appreciated.
