After tires were rotated, the truck had a horrible vibration at highway speeds. Was charred for a diagnostic after CEL but car had bumper to bumper warranty.

Saturday evening after having my car serviced I noticed the puddle light under my driver side doesn’t look right. Still works but the light pattern is not the same. So I crawled under to look and the lens on the light is broken and the bezel around the lens is crushed in a bit. I believe when the car was lifted to rotate the tires maybe the lifting arm either swung into the light or it was positioned wrong and broke the light.

Zach is the best customer service manager.There is always gives you a family experience.Treat you right, make sure what do you control.He can control and keep it pristine, no matter if the mechanics are back there.Moving the seats and changing lumbar support, they have before or unplugging my dash cam, which I have my vehicle for safety.And I don't check it when I get out of the car because y'all know not supposed to mess with my stuff in there like my action figures the camera for my safety for my job also they left a grease mark on my arm rest and left old filter in my car if u need a customer service professional to help training ppl I gladly offer my services zack the valet and the to short women are wonderful 2 they listen and understand how to not mess with stuff in car unlike the mechanics
