Disappointed that when I brought my vehicle in for a maintenance service in August it was only serviced for a recall. I booked the appointment for the maintenance service & the recall should have been an add on for this service at that time but was overlooked. This recent visit this week was a much better experience and Rose is incredibly great at her job fyi I appreciate her care & attention to detail
