Staff was awesome, very kind and friendly. Lobby atmosphere is great and comfy. Why I wait 10 minutes in my car to check in I have no idea. Seems excessive. Why it takes over 3 hours for an oil change is another one of life's great mysteries.

Staff was professional and courteous. Called to schedule appointment and 3pm was first available but told if brought in early then car could be worked in. Car was dropped off at 9:00ish. Called around 3:20pm and was told car would be ready around 4:20. Arrived at 5pm and told car was ready and paid and that car was being pulled up. Car was not ready and waited an additional 30 minutes. End of day car was dropped off at 9am and appeared to be last one serviced at 5:30pm and repair was only changing out two tires.

You all need to make details more clear on both warranties when someone is buying a vehicle. Being told it covers everything but belts and bolts, only to be told the first the extended warranty needed to be used it pretty much did not cover anything that needed to be done. Last time I saw a cabin filter it is not a belt or a bolt so it should have been covered. These details should be made way more clear

No issue with the employees, they’ve always been super nice.
I dropped my car off for an oil change and a tire rotation. After the service was done I picked my car up and when I got onto the interstate I noticed my tires had a slight tumbling feeling. I’m not sure if they put on the right amount of weights or in the correct spot but I definitely didn’t have that issue before dropping it off.
