I arrived at 7:30 to drop off my rav4, around 8 am I was standing out front waiting for a uber, a sales person walked up to me trying to ask if I wanted to buy a car. I said no I’m waiting for an uber that’s two minutes away. “Two minutes that’s all I need” asked them to go away. When I went to pick up my car a little after noon i was stoped by another sells person at the service area! I told her I was just picking up my car from service and she still tried to get me to buy a new car. I arrived at the counter and they said I needed front breaks. The txt I received only recommended wiper blades. Die to having to go to work latter on I told them to not worry about it. When I received the invoice I went over to the cashier and I tried to use a coupon. She said she couldn’t take them and tried to dem me back tot he invoice counter.. I did t have time so I just said forget it. I paid and got in my car and guess what! I see a piece of paper advertising trying to get me to buy a new car! I was asked three different times! 2 times in the same visit.. that’s a litter over kill if you ask me. I understand people are just trying to do their jobs but when I’m in the service area I’m obviously not there to buy a car!

Takes entirely too long to get the vehicle into the garage for a 15 minute tire rotation. Also, good thing I checked the tires because they didn't replace all the valve stem caps. On the other hand, the staff were great.
