Jalen is truly the GOAT!! Between him and Stephanie (the tech), THATS THE WAY ITS SUPPOSED TO BE!!!! They should both receive a bonus, a substantial raise and promotion! For real, they should be training other associates in customer service. I’m still the guy who waited over two and a half hours for a tire rotation. (I still haven’t forgot.)

I brought my car in for an oil change at 930. I came back at 1 and the tech said the technician had to fix a recall item that took him 3 hours. So after 3 1/2 hours after dropping off for an oil change I had to wait an additional 45 mins. I feel Toyota should have called me to let me know what was happening and that it would be late evening before I got car back. Just a call would have saved me from waiting at the dealership

I was told by one agent my oil change was covered under warranty and the next one told me it was $110 . I paid because work had been done by the way I didn’t approve at all. Wouldn’t have paid $110 for an oil change. Then All the things that were “suggested” were sent by email or text to review and approve without an explanation of what these things were. Putting them in RED to make them appear urgent. Then went to pay and the cashier was too busy discussing chicken nuggets with the other woman at the desk to acknowledge us very very RUDE! Maybe you need to do some customer service training
