Today was the best service I’ve ever had at any dealership: Dante gave me an accurate price quote— no surprises— got me a discount; everything he said was going to happen happened and much faster than I expected— no “one more thing” type surprise — and he was very pleasant.

The appointment time was 0730, by 12 the only service completed was an inspection and tire rotation. How inept can a service department be?
