Zach Dean was one bright spot late in the day when he called and walked through resolution and pickup of my car. He was methodical, careful and polite. I am ok now and will be more focused on results when car comes in next so this doesn't happen again.

I had a 7:30 appointment for a tire rotation. There were already seven cars in the service line when I arrived. I was checked in rather promptly but told that it would be at least an hour wait and more likely an hour and a half. Why schedule so many for the same time? Why not space customers out? Why schedule knowing there will be a 90 minute wait.
